Julie was extremely helpful in lodging my tax return. Not only was she very friendly, but provided me with some useful advice on how best to prepare for my tax return for next year.

I would not recommend them at all based on my experience. . If there was a minus star I would have chosen that. They advertise that you are speaking to Australians. I got a lady called Rajinder. Here accent was so strong she was hard to understand, I doubt she was in Australia but in india, I specifically told her which financial year I was doing. She lodged my tax return for the wrong year. I have contacted her and she is very unhelpful in trying to fix the problem she created.

Jacky B gave me a call on time, which was much appreciated. I found her to have a lovely combination of professionalism, personable humour and efficiency. Jacky B was well prepared and honest. I was happy to receive a refund that was greater than I thought it would be . Initially, I wasn't really keen n doing my return over the phone. I thought face to face service would be better. Accountants direct , were fabulous. Jacky B looked after both my son and myself over the phone was first time doing our tax this way . Jacky made it easy and clear and got us both a great return . Jacky was happy professional and efficient. Made doing out tax a pleasure. Thanks Jacky 👍😀
