If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We lodged our tax return in October of last year with Jodi under the guise of BFL Tax Professionals and she has still not lodged our tax return. I went back to speak to her on several occasions and she was conveniently out of the office every time. She has also been uncontactable by phone. When I finally did speak to her she blamed their system changeover and promised to lodge it again. It still wasn't lodged so we revisited today. It's great to have someone who takes and check all your information is correct before heading to the agent. Agents were Friendly, fast and was very helpful. Knew what they were doing and knew what they were talking about. Great at explaining things. Just one down fall is I have to check to see if it's gone through or if its bounced back to the agent for them to refile🙄. Its been nearly 3 wks and I'm still waiting after ringing up to find out what has happened.
