Yes same not nice people even told me that what I could pay wasnt enough and that cant be legal ill be looking into this
I have been paying on some dr bills for years now, I have yet to receive a receipt and when I look online at these accounts with my physician the payments never come off. Very disappointed they cannot provide me with a statement of my bill and my payments coming off every month. Now I see their not bbb. Hmm.
I would rate this call center a zero if I could. The people are so rude. They need Jesus.
If I could give 0 stars to Christine, I would. I have been receiving calls and voicemails one after the other on supposedly 3 bills that totaled to be $213 but they could not provide who or what these charges were for. When I called my insurance and my primary care, they both said that I owed nothing from the year 2022 and was showing that I never did. Once I communicated with Christine what my primary care and insurance informed me, Christine said I was responsible for providing receipts before I could be removed. When I ex... read more
