Most atrocious people you will ever deal with. There is a condescending woman named Caroline or Christine or something similar to that. These people never once contacted me via phone, email, or mail and reported me to credit agencies which tanked my credit 54 points. I tried to speak with them and they will not play ball and pull their erroneous credit report, so I can then pay. I will deal with anyone except that curmudgeon.
I was referred to Account Resolutions regarding a balance I owed, and the situation quickly became frustrating and stressful. When I initially went to court, I explained to their attorney that the bill was incorrect due to an issue with my insurance and that I needed time to gather the proper information. He agreed to reschedule the court date. However, I never received any written notice confirming the new court date. They have dinged my credit so awful and they will NOT remove it. I have tried to get ahold of them MULTIPLE TIMES to tell them I have already paid my debt and even gave them proof repetitively that I have. They will not answer me at all or help me, it still says I haven't paid. It's ridiculous.
First, whomever Caroline is, you with your repugnant attitude does not bother me at all. If this is how you guys conduct yourselves, I would hate to see otherwise. Everyone has issues here and there with bills. Don't call the other guys whacking at them like your worlds are so perfect, you're no different than anyone else. Same problems same life if not worse. So how about a little kindness when you leave messages in the near future? Food For Thought!
Yes same not nice people even told me that what I could pay wasnt enough and that cant be legal ill be looking into this
