If I could give a 0 I most definitely would! Rude, unwilling to help anyone who cannot clearly afford to pay their debts. All they do is harrass people by phone, mail, work sending summons through FedEx, threatening to sue or garnish...Forced into bankruptcy because of these spineless people. Be careful.

I would give zero stars if I could. Extremely rude and condescending, especially considering the debt they are demanding we pay was from a bill that we never received.

Collecting unpaid debt isn’t a scam, people. I called and took care of my medical bill and the woman I spoke to was the most polite debt collector I’ve ever dealt with.

This company is amazing. They aren't a collection company, they are someone who will work with you to help you get out of debt. They don't ask you to do more than you can and they will work with you so that you are very comfortable and don't feel like your finances are not your own. Very professional, very nice.

They are excellent people and they will work with you on getting your account paid off. Never have any worries or doubt! They are amazing collection agency compared to others….
