Difficult at times
This is the worst collections agency in Omaha. Our office used their services for 9 years. Never once did we get a check from this agency. I am sure they received checks from our patients sent to collections. However, we never received our share of the collections. At one point Account Recovery Inc lost all of our records and we had to resubmit them!! We have since moved to a new agency (in the last year) and have received a check in the mail every month.
