Despite the terrible reviews I had a great guy in C.S help me with some issues on the account and got all sorted and was nothing but helpful through-out. 10/10 service for me.
My broker just told me today that Accord has decided not to offer me a mortgage because it is 90% the property price. But they knew this right at beginning . They kept requested document after document which were provided promptly! Why wasting me all this time for a reason that was available right at the first day guys . Heartbreaking
you cant get through when you do they will cut the line, leave you on hold or just generally make themseleves as unhelpful as possible, never again AVOID
