Very biased. He listened closely to my husband (the party that found him and first called him), commented to my husband during our mediation process, "that is the best way to do it, that's what me and my ex did", documenting my husbands wants and needs in "our" "agreement" then quickly moved right on to the next section without asking my input. I had to interrupt and say that I had different request/needs in regard to that section. He stopped, listened and we worked out an agreement before moving on but it happened again two... read more
Erik was easy to work with and all services were in a timely fashion. He was polite, professional and collected at all times. Also, most of the corresponding was done via email, which helped greatly for recording purposes. Highly recommend using this company.
