Very friendly place and very friendly staff.
We went in to ask a simple question to the man behind the desk who help us a few months prior to a different situation ... not knowing a women who came in afterwards made it known she work there and she was his wife who made it clear to be rude , and kept interrupting us ! We were not being pushy , just trying to find answers ..not knowing we should of went to the Italian consulate first by confusion ... ...
