First off, I have worked with several other hard money lenders. Comparatively, Accolend has been the most streamlined - user friendly company I have worked with. Mariano was a pleasure - a great communicator who consistently followed through on his word throughout the process. Everything was very transparent. Accolend was ready to close on our deal before the seller was ready - which is rare. Thank you Accolend.
Accolend is my go to hard money lender. I like their terms, programs, and people. They can close super fast (in as little as 2 weeks). Their no points program is unbeatable in terms of cost. They're super quick with draws: from the inspection to the distribution. The team there is focused on helping me close more deals. I've never had a bad experience with them. I've done half a dozen deals with them so far and I'm looking forward to many more.
