Accolend is my go to hard money lender. I like their terms, programs, and people. They can close super fast (in as little as 2 weeks). Their no points program is unbeatable in terms of cost. They're super quick with draws: from the inspection to the distribution. The team there is focused on helping me close more deals. I've never had a bad experience with them.
