I couldn't be more pleased with the interactions I had with Mr, Jones and Ms Kuhns during my bankruptcy.
I ended up being sued by a former landlord for back rent they claimed was owed for a lease I never resigned. Around tax time 2025, I got a letter saying the state was holding my refund and would be giving it to the debt collectors as payment unless I filed for bankruptcy.
