I opened a small business loan using the help of dreamspring. It took months to finalize and get the loan approved almost half a year. I had to continuously call and bug them to push for the next step. I finally got the approval but not for the amount I wanted. After a year of never missing a payment I wanted to increase or refinance or just have them send me some other options and they were very unhelpful. I dont remember who recommended DreamSpring to me but I'm so happy they did! Amy Lapidus was the most incredible loan officer! Applying for an SBA loan as a startup was terrifying but she made the process as painless as possible. She made me feel like she was just as invested in my business as i was and fought for me the whole way. I literally could not have opened my first business without her! Sad she’s no longer with the company, but the rest of the team was also great and super helpful and easy to work with!
They really help a small business owner with traditional lending. Highly Recommend, great support, just a little slow in responding, but very helpful and informative.
