I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the actions of one of your loan officers, Victor Espinoza, during my application and approval process for a loan in 2022. They are going to charge you 25 dollars and ruin your credit record to simply tell you that you don't qualify, maybe they should start with that part before harming those who most need to take care of their record (we are going to them for something) Luis I think he was less than 2 minutes with me on the phone to give me a meaningless explanation of why I didn't qualify and then hang up. A disappointment.
