Luis was incredibly helpful, informative, and timely. He worked with us to make sure we got the best loan for our start up. incredible experience all around.
This has been a stressful and disappointing process from the start. They takes days/weeks to get back to you and require far more then when buying a home and vehicle. There is very little clear communication and alot of demands. Completely disappointed
Luis was amazing to work with from start to finish. He handled everything professionally and communicated clearly. The only issues came during the final distribution, which was managed by someone else and caused frustrating delays and poor communication. Luis stepped in, escalated the issue, and kept us moving forward. Without him, this would have been a 1-star review. Make him a manager — his customer service is outstanding!
Predatory lenders, do NOT do business with them. Zero integrity, antiquated platform, callous and deceitful customer service. DO NOT use them, BestEgg and Lending Club have hands down earned my business for life compared to DreamSpring. BEWARE. Pending CFPR complaint, you've been warned.
