Went in for a battery change for my son’s phone, the 2 guys were so friendly, helpful and honest. They were very busy, which is a testament to their excellent service, but still managed to find the problem and sort it out quickly. Would 100% recommend.
All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I would like to mention in particular Tony who set up my son’s phone and gave us some very helpful advice, he was so lovely and patient. I will definitely go back there again.
My Samsung phone suddenly went into a mode that i had no knowledge of and a mobile phone store told me that it was a very difficult problem and referred me to Tony and Charlotte who agreed but eventually unlocked it. Thank you very very much. You helped an o/s traveller who needed the phone.
