My Samsung phone suddenly went into a mode that i had no knowledge of and a mobile phone store told me that it was a very difficult problem and referred me to Tony and Charlotte who agreed but eventually unlocked it. Thank you very very much. You helped an o/s traveller who needed the phone.
Aidy Sharples helped us with fixing a phone screen and transferring the data onto a new one, did it within 24 hours and with great efficiency, flawless fix, with honest and excellent humour, 100% recommend, only place I’ll be going for advice on tech and fixes
