I paid $742.69 for speakers described as having possible “minor cosmetic blemishes.” What I received was far beyond that. One speaker had a deep scratch, all corners were damaged, and 30–40% of the wood finish on the tops of both speakers was missing. The remote didn’t work at all. This is not “minor cosmetic damage” — it’s significant wear and poor condition. Amazing product selection and the customer service is top notch. Austin and his staff are amazing. I had a blast at the store in Apopka. No upsells, just asked what I had and what I needed. After chatting with him I decided to upgrade to a better model as the prices are so fair. My product was brand new. I know it says refurbished but if it was I try can't see any difference. My new system is amazing. That are hands down my new go to for all my audio need.
