To whom it may concern, I ordered a pair of KEF Q3 Mea speakers from you. The shipment arrived Thursday, in a timely manner. The product was shipped without harm in its original packaging. The speakers and accessories are as new, even though they were sold as seconds or open box, or some such. The speakers are flawless in both physical make-up, and in sonic reproduction, certainly as good as they were shipped from the factory. Beyond excellent. I had concerns about an order, and they not only resolved the concerns but went WAY above and beyond in helping ensure I got the best deal possible AS WELL AS incredible, personable service that is rare in a world that just hires out to random customer service centers, etc. They were just extremely polished with their approach and exceptional in every respect.

Their prices look attractive, but the return policy is very unfriendly. I do not often post reviews, but the team at Accessories4less were absolutely first class. Extremely helpful in selecting the right speakers for my setup, very accommodating when I needed to switch out wall mounted for floor standing speakers, and provided excellent pricing that I simply couldn’t beat anywhere. Unusual to get top level service with great pricing!
