Ordered from this company in September 2019. Never received the order, so I emailed the company and they never responded. After not receiving for almost a week I filed a claim through paypal to which the company finally responded to. Pretty much called me a liar but said they would file a claim with UPS. They did so but took their time doing everything so the case would automatically close with paypal with no resolution.
