Rick, came through for a client of mine who was left stranded in her wheelchair at the doctors office with no way home. He left his home to assist my client so that they could get home. When all others turned us away because it was after 5pm or didnt have an appointment Accessible Transport was there. Thank you.

Rick is amazing! I traveled to Baltimore for a procedure this past week and he adjusted his schedule to ensure that I got where I needed to go at the necessary times. The van was really clean and he works in a very professional manner. I look forward to calling him again whenever I’m in town next.

Rick and his company provided me with excellent service while I was in Baltimore this past week for a conference. As a physically disabled person, there is a lot of anxiety when it comes to traveling and finding reliable accessibility transportation. Luckily, I did not have to worry about that while I was in Baltimore thanks to this company. Rick was flexible with my schedule, on time, and provided safe/reliable accessible car service. I highly recommend this company!

Needed to arrange for transportation for an outpatient surgery, and was fortunate to find Accessible Transport. Rick was very patient, kind, caring and was able to drive me to and from the surgery center in a timely manner. He also definitely helped in making the entire process much easier and less nerve-wracking which I really appreciated. Accessible Transport was a godsend and I could not recommend their services highly enough !!

I can not say enough good things about Rick!! He was able to pick up my mom at the last minute and take her to an assisted living facility and then communicated to me that he had safely dropped her off. I so appreciate his kindness he showed towards my mother in her time of need. If you need transportation for a loved one, Rick is the one you need to call. He is awesome!!!
