When my card stopped swiping last year they charged me $7 to replace it. Wasn’t damaged it was worn out from use as it didn’t have the chip so everything was a swipe. Now my card expires end of August and I’m set to go out of town and haven’t received a new one. I stop in and they can’t tell me when a new one was mailed or when it’s supposed to arrive. Great people very nice and welcoming ladies. I just moved to the area & was treated like they have known me for years.
I went in to open an account an hour before close and was welcomed in along with a bottle of water. Michelle assisted me with opening a checking account. She was so sweet and provided me all the information I needed. I’m glad I chose this branch for my new bank account.
