I have a major issue with your bank I had went to your bank 15 years ago looking for an investment account that I couldn't find or that the bankers told me wasn't there I just found my social security number in your bank accessing money on how are we going to fix this it's not good was good for you and whoever else is getting the money but it's not good for me or my identity

I just spoke with Yareny (I am so sorry, I hope it was spelled correctly) and she was SO kind and helpful. I had a minor question, but she went above and beyond to help me. It’s so refreshing to have KIND GENUINE people especially the first person of contact. I live in Florida and was inactive for five years, and I realized how terrible Florida banks are, and you guys have helped me with my account. Such a great bank. Thank you again Yareny!! You are so sweet!
Worst customer service ive ever revived!! Their lobby closed and Rachel the manager at another location helped me after the other workers gave me terrible direction and wasted my time i will never go to this bank again.
I am so glad I made the switch I truly love this bank everyone is so nice and attentive. The staff always greets you walking in and has the best manners. I have recommended all my family and friends to stop buy and get an account.
