We have been extremely pleased and completely satisfied with the communications and performance of the team at the Village Pointe branch. In particular the Branch Operations Manager Jeff Chambers has been outstanding to work with and his staff and facility are truly exceptional and provide level of service which we had never experienced before our move to Omaha. If your story is in any way similar to the one that I have shared I would whole heartedly recommend that you give Access Bank your consideration.
I have been banking proudly with Access for several years. This location stands out for their incredible customer care -- Chris is a familiar face. He is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I visit, I think they can't get any better.
Love the staff at Village Point! They always know me by name and I feel welcome! Kudos to that location!!
Came in to get a notary and guys were more helpful than my own bank, definitely earned my respect. Will be banking with these guys in the future. Shout out to Anthony and Chris. Thanks!
Honestly just an awful bank. You have to go in person to accomplish anything. Calling them on the phone is pointless. So hopefully you don’t have a loan here. Because they really try to make it impossible to do anything unless you feel like going in person
