I have been banking proudly with Access for several years. This location stands out for their incredible customer care -- Chris is a familiar face. He is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Every time I visit, I think they can't get any better.
Love the staff at Village Point! They always know me by name and I feel welcome! Kudos to that location!!

Honestly just an awful bank. You have to go in person to accomplish anything. Calling them on the phone is pointless. So hopefully you don’t have a loan here. Because they really try to make it impossible to do anything unless you feel like going in person
The team at this location is awesome! They are so friendly, helpful and full of smiles. Chris is a perfect choice to have up front greeting customers. It’s always a pleasure stopping in. Well done!
