Prefer my usual branch on dodge Street but was glad for convenience their was this location today.
Nice bank to deal with, I always call and talk with a real person. The app is simple to use and does everything I need. I travel a lot and sometimes the travel notices get wonky, but even when I can't make phone calls overseas I can use the secure chat in the app and my problems are resolved in minutes.
