I can't believe I scheduled my son's doctor appointment last week for in the morning, and I haven't got any confirmations or phones regarding our pickup times at all. This don't make any sense at all... I can't stand companies that's DISORGANIZED!!!
They sent my ride 30 minutes late and then they don’t communicate with when they are late and also you have to wait a hour or longer for pick up from appointment very disappointing service to use
I called MTM one week before doctors apt. No one called me ,so I called them for the pickup time, they told me they had no one to pick me up because I have a wheel chair, now I'll have no choice but cancel my doctor apt. In the morning. This company stinks so bad, I'm going to find another company, plus file a formal complaint on MTM.
