If I could give 0 stars I would. From being denied return trips when dropping my child (the participant in plan) at psych and rehab 25mikes away leaving me stranded but forced to go with her due to age, to lies told to get patients off the phone. Valuing their "policy and procedures" over the safety of their riders. It's gross and while it could be a great service it is seriously lacking in care for those who use it.
Most of the reps are not knowledgeable of the job description they applied for. I just had to repeat myself so many times. I gave up and said I'd call back only to be connected to a rep that was snoring. Smh. After trying to wake them I hung up and called back just to be connected to another sleeping representative. When I am able to get a ride it's normal through life and those people drive with sense and caution. Riding with companies through the insurance? They drive in two lanes, if the speed limit is 40 they are going 5... read more
