TERRIBLE TRANSPORTATION COMPANY. I Planned and been already ready to switch to another transportation company since last month wich was the first time I signed up with them. These people are TERRIBLE.
Unable to provide transport. I've used them for 6 rides now. They've failed to get me there 4 of those times. They let me know my ride cannot be completed about half an hour before my appointment. They say they can do nothing, they shift blame to Lyft. I've talked to supervisors, I've filed grievances, nothing changes.
The ABSOLUTE WORST transport company!! My father is on dialysis and has missed so many appointments due to this company not “securing” his rides!! No one calls to say they can’t make it, we just figure it out when it’s pick up time and no one is there! When I call, I’m met with, “there was a mistake with the schedule we’re so sorry”, or “the driver called in sick early third morning and we don’t have a driver”…but, they will EMAIL DISPATCH, this is their go to line. Operators cannot do their job and multiple times I requested a supervisor and the operator hung up on me. Today again I was hung up on by 3 supervisors and threatened by a "manager"
