Most of the reps are not knowledgeable of the job description they applied for. I just had to repeat myself so many times. I gave up and said I'd call back only to be connected to a rep that was snoring. Smh. After trying to wake them I hung up and called back just to be connected to another sleeping representative. When I am able to get a ride it's normal through life and those people drive with sense and caution. Riding with companies through the insurance? DONT USE THES PEOPLE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO.
Terrible!!! How on earth do you get an attitude with me when you’re the one 1Hour late!?!??!? I’ve had cancel so many appointments due to them!!!! RUN!!!!!
Unable to provide transport. I've used them for 6 rides now. They've failed to get me there 4 of those times. They let me know my ride cannot be completed about half an hour before my appointment. They say they can do nothing, they shift blame to Lyft. I've talked to supervisors, I've filed grievances, nothing changes. Update: I've had 16 scheduled rides and they only completed 6 of them. 10 failed rides. I decided to give up using them after that.
