Scheduled transportation last week. Called this morning to confirm our ride and was told it was canceled a few minutes after I made it. No explanation. Had to cancel Dr's appointment and now can't get in until next May!
I use the mobile app and they will wait till the day of your appointment and cancel your ride and lie about it says it was canceled the day of scheduled ..they have some good drivers but some bad drivers . I don’t like that u can only go certain places if the reason for visit is not on the app then u can’t just put whatever they will cancel the ride . So don’t use the app just call . I couldn’t get my son pampers because it wasn’t covered to go there which I been there plenty of times thru the Medcaid service.
I've been using this company through my insurance for quite sometime and all of a sudden my appointments are being canceled last minute without any reason or notification. I am always checking for a text for my trip's transportation provider info and eta, only to check the app and find out it's been unexpectedly canceled the night before my appointment(s). Terrible Customer Service
This is the most terrible transportation company out there. My ride was canceled two days in a row. They told me my ride was cancelled due to not scheduling in a timely manner I scheduled it a week ahead of time. Just terrible
