They don't give you the people you want to pick you up, they customer service is a DAMN JOKE they dispatch is a DAMN JOKE you can't understand them and when your insurance is paying them they suppose to work for you not do what they want to do so if you have another way to get a ride then please do PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
All I can say is I get more irritated with this company all the time. I gave them so many chances until they didn’t even assign a transportation company to take me to my doctor’s appointment. I didn’t even get a driver! It was so difficult that I have to switch insurances next month so I can call a different ride line! I can’t believe how difficult it is just to get a ride to the doctor when I don’t drive.
Driver made me late to my appointment. Then drove unsafely to my appointment holding his phone while steering. Then Waited for my return trip home for over an hour. DO NOT USE. BEYTER TO GET AN UBER OR LYFT
There is a driver that works for access2care that is absolutely an asset to their company in every way. His name is Kelwin. He understands the importance of courtesy, competence, conversation, manners, positivity, and punctuation! He is truly an asset to their company, and hopefully we be recognized as such. Thanks, Kelwin for making my experience the best it could possibly be and please know that you set the bar high!
These people are terrible with their service they give you the runaround. They don’t know how to do their job correctly. They need to be put out of business.
