These people are terrible with their service they give you the runaround. They don’t know how to do their job correctly. They need to be put out of business.
What a terrible incompetent company. My first attempt was prior to Memorial Day, their representative was rude and refused to help because my request was less than 48 working hours before I needed it because of the holiday. Then it got worse, I made a reservation for a transport for my disabled wife. I got a text stating that my transport would be there at the requested time, the next day I got another text saying the same thing. Been waiting 4 hours in wheelchair for a ride from the hospital to my home. Ordered three pickups after two of the rides canceled without telling me. Drivers are reckless. I'm had to run red lights with me in the car. Insurance companies need to drop this company. This is the company in Florida.
They used to be pretty good, but now they have fallen off kind of badly. Sometimes, when I schedule, they put the wrong times, even the wrong dates and addresses. They sometimes do not listen and register it as a round trip, leaving me stuck for extra time. Also, they will usually aim to get me to my appointments over an hour early.
