Good way to get about town on the cheap, but there is a few flaws. First off, many of the operators are rude and quite short with you over the phone, especially one woman named Heather. The only polite person is Evan, which is very nice every time. Also a few of the drivers are quite unprofessional, playing music loudly and at time driving sloppy often on theirs phones.
