I went to this place to try a treatment they offered on groupon. It said I would notice a difference even after the first treatment. However after completing the first session a lady came in for consultation and she literally told me the sessions offered on groupon would do nothing and she showed me some packages of different treatment options that were very pricey. I paid a ton of money to have the skin tightening and cellulite removal on my thighs a year and a half ago. I could never tell a difference and 2 years later my thighs look horrible. There are huge dips and dimples all over my thighs way worse than they were before I had this treatment. I am on vacation and embarrassed to wear shorts and so angry that I paid over $5,000 for this treatment
I completed 13 sessions here based on claims the staff made about what the Venus device could do. I later learned those claims were not supported by the manufacturer’s own specifications. The device only reaches about 2–3 mm, yet I was told it could affect deeper layers and fat reduction. When I asked for scientific proof of the claims made during the consultation, none was provided.
