Lori, Ivy-Lea and the A2J team were really helpful with my banking matter. They were understanding and patient with my requests and concerns throughout the whole Small Claims Court process. Ivy-Lea in particular was great with helping me reach a favourable resolution for my case. My only comment is sometimes the firm or their team takes a bit time to get a hold of or respond to my emails. Overall, it was still a positive experience working with A2J.
Made the mistake of hiring Lori for an issue with my property manager that was going on for over four years. From the date of filing to the actual hearing date, a large amount of supporting evidence was generated. I instructed Lori to have upload this as evidence to the LTB platform and she did AND charged me accordingly. Then during the hearing she failed to allude to ANY of this evidence reducing my case to a "he said she said" and the property manager got away with lie after lie.
