Made the mistake of hiring Lori for an issue with my property manager that was going on for over four years. From the date of filing to the actual hearing date, a large amount of supporting evidence was generated. I instructed Lori to have upload this as evidence to the LTB platform and she did AND charged me accordingly. GREAT service! I reached out to Lori for legal help regarding unfair debt with a collection agency. I searched for multiple paralegals in Ottawa, yet, Lori was the only one to really give me her time to help me with my issue unlike any other firms in the city. Lori got my case "dismissed" as the company had no rights to hurt my credit and pursue me for collections. I am VERY happy with the legal and customer service access to justice provided. Be cautious if you are considering this legal service. Aside from causing delays, this may also lead to bigger issues. We retained Loris Shepherd, expecting to receive the forms she committed to providing by last week. Unfortunately, we did not receive them. Instead, we were sent three emails containing sensitive information related to three other cases, which raised serious concerns about confidentiality and professionalism.
