I worked with Access Title & Closing Group for the first time this week on a closing, and they were fantastic. The entire process was smooth and well organized, and every detail was handled with care. A special thanks to Brandy, who worked late to make sure everything was prepared for closing. She went above and beyond and maintained a great attitude the entire time. As a realtor, I truly appreciate a title company that works this hard to get deals across the finish line. This company wired almost 2k less than I was supposed to receive at the close of my refinance. They produced a HUD, that I had never seen, which had a loose signature page, and said the notary public should have explained it to me. Well, they didn't, I had never seen it, nor would I have agreed to the new charges, which were ridiculous. They had to send a notary out twice because they didn't do their job and I pay for that?
