We loved the service! Staff was friendly, helpful, understanding and very professional. We booked a vehicle for rent with another company but they called us 30 minutes before scheduled pick-up saying it was unavailable....we were freaking out because we needed a SUV with winter tires to head up to Whistler that same day. The service is good no complaine . I flyed to Vavcouver and the guy deliveried car to the airport . It is very convinence. The guy was nice and took a picture of my DL and credit card at the airport. Next day my credit card was used by unknow person in Richmond BC for on-line shopping . After that it was used another two times for shopping at same store in Richmond BC . I did not find out this until two weeks later when I came back Ontario and received credit card bill .It is the first time for me to vistit BC and I only dis... read more

Very friendly and professional service. Super convenient 5 min drive from Vancouver airport. There's a free shuttle that runs every 20min. Amazing service and selection of cars. Love it.
