Professional friendly helpfull
While everyone is quite nice there, and they are helpful and knowledgeable, their receptionists/billing people don’t know what they are talking about. I repeatedly asked how much this was going to cost, also specifying what the fee would be after insurance, and was repeatedly told nothing it’s fully covered. You have been approved for 30 sessions. Excellent care from the staff.
Helped me recover from a broken pinky finger. Lynn helped me. I am very pleased with Lynn’s work and she was a pleasure to work with. Thank you
The OT therapist is great she has been working with me since before my surgery and has gotten me through everything after .. would definitely recommend..front desk staff is very helpful and friendly..
