There are a few kind and understanding reps but majority are rude. They like the control of being in charge and making you feel bad about your debt. I didn’t feel bad. I didn’t care. Govt doesn’t help the citizens just illegals. The govt and collectors can kiss my backside. Rude and no compassion.
The woman I was dealing with through my place of employment harrassed me on a daily basis. She attempted to call my supervisor stating that she hadn't heard from me even though I left her multiple voicemails. I will NEVER use this business for any service. ZERO stars; they do not even deserve one star.
