This company repeatedly harassed us with multiple calls each day, including on Sundays, regarding my Workers’ Compensation bill. While I was trying to resolve the billing issue, NYSIF refused to discuss the matter with me directly and insisted that I deal only with this collections company. The collections company demanded that I pay $1,800. However, it was later determined that NYSIF had actually overcharged us and owed us nearly $10,000. The organization I work for got a bill sent to collections (this company) due to a minor clerical error. I reached out to them to help me with getting into the system as I was getting an error. Your paperwork said one thing and your system rejected it. I submitted a request for assistance. There are a few kind and understanding reps but majority are rude. They like the control of being in charge and making you feel bad about your debt. I didn’t feel bad. I didn’t care. Govt doesn’t help the citizens just illegals. The govt and collectors can kiss my backside. Rude and no compassion.
