I owed money to the last college I went to for having to leave that semester. The debt went to this firm. I haven’t received anything bills from them so I never knew where to pay it. Phone harassment without any documentation or explanation as to an actual bill or circumstance. A predator company and go figure it's located outside of Baltimore. Refuse their calls until they present to you in writing what they are calling about.
I have been harrassed by this company over a bill from a community college that I nor anyone in my family has attended. They are harrassing me over FRAUD.
This company repeatedly harassed us with multiple calls each day, including on Sundays, regarding my Workers’ Compensation bill. While I was trying to resolve the billing issue, NYSIF refused to discuss the matter with me directly and insisted that I deal only with this collections company. The collections company demanded that I pay $1,800. However, it was later determined that NYSIF had actually overcharged us and owed us nearly $10,000.
