I broke my wrist in 2023, within a week of the accident I had surgery installing plates, screws and pins. A year later I had to have all the hardware removed. After each procedure my OTR was there ready to start my recovery. My occupational therapist Caryn Parr, OTR/L, is the reason I have recovered the wrist function that I now have. The staff at AccessPT are incredible and quickly went from strangers to family. I started my journey about a year ago as a conservative path to aid with trigger finger and an undiagnosed ankle issue. I have had the opportunity to work with Geoff and Mike, Physical Therapists, both of whom are amazing. Geoff is very kind and listens to your concerns each visit. I saw Geoff and Mike after my knee surgery. I thought they had a lot of great ideas to get me back into skiing, and back to the gym! Geoff came up with many great ideas to get me back to feeling great. i’m back skiing and my knee feels great! julie was great help also
The whole staff is friendly and very professional. They are also very accommodating with scheduling.
I am highly disappointed in the service provided. I used to take my daughter to Acces Pt located at Sandpit road. The staff was very nice and the service provided was fantastic. Just a month ago I made an appointment for my daughter, she is experiencing hip pain. We been sent to the Brookfield office 1st. We saw Krishnan. Long story short, he really hurt my daughters back.
