I have been trying to resolve a billing issue with Access PT Saugerties for months, and the experience has been deeply frustrating. Multiple visits were processed incorrectly and billed out-of-network when they should have been in-network. We were also charged co-pays even though we are on a high deductible plan and do not have copays. The staff at the saugerties location is fantastic. As a team they work great together to make sure no matter who your therapist is they can pick you up where one left off. They really encourage you to listen to your body and know the difference between pain and discomfort. Scheduling wise, super accommodating. They do their best to make your schedule work. Can’t say enough great things about them!
