The staff at the saugerties location is fantastic. As a team they work great together to make sure no matter who your therapist is they can pick you up where one left off. They really encourage you to listen to your body and know the difference between pain and discomfort. Scheduling wise, super accommodating. They do their best to make your schedule work. Can’t say enough great things about them!
My elderly mother had a total knee replacement. Everyone at Access was friendly, kind and compassionate. It isn't easy always caring for someone elderly but everyone treated her with respect and most importantly increased her range of motion. I would go there again. One note -- when you are making that initial appointment be sure to speak to the folks at Access (press 2).
