My elderly mother had a total knee replacement. Everyone at Access was friendly, kind and compassionate. It isn't easy always caring for someone elderly but everyone treated her with respect and most importantly increased her range of motion. I would go there again. One note -- when you are making that initial appointment be sure to speak to the folks at Access (press 2). I broke and dislocated my ankle as well as sprained it on February 15th. After major sugar and not walking for over 2 months I started at Access Therapy in Saugerties. James and Katie the team there was incredible!! They are amazing and know the right mix of gentle caring and hard work to make you walk again. Whatever has happened to you they will make better. Had the very best experience going to Access PT. James and his whole staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been to multiple PT spots in the past and this place is by far the best! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else! James certainly knows his stuff and always answers any questions you might have! 5 stars!!
