Wow..... I thought Paychex was bad at customer service but never did I expect I would be called a liar, a bad business person and all but an idiot in one phone call.
With the stress that comes with owning & operating a business, you don't need the added baggage of wondering if your payroll, taxes & HR protocols are compliant. After utilizing Access Payroll for many years, I can say they have their game dialed in.
