Worst services experience!!! I booked my appointment online using ZocDoc app with dr Joshua Matthews. I showed up on time in a day of n appointment and stuff at a clinic told me that the doctor is on vacation and they apparently have some issues with an app. I drove there for half an hour early in the morning and asked if I can see another orthopedic specialist. They said that it is possible to see DR Linda Kay and gave me a form to fill. I asked if it will be a wait as I needed to get back to work after and they assure me t... read more
2 1/2 hours for a DOT drug test and Physical with an appointment. I sat in a room by myself for an hour waiting for a doctor. Terrible patient services.
