These people are terrible. Do not go to them. They have no service department any more. I have been trying to get service on my chair ,tpurchased through them, for more than 6 months now. All I get is the run around and stories that they never received an order, I have since found out that their service department is closed. answer the phone. Beware or these scam artists?They will take your order , not give you any service, and then lie to you about it. They are out of business and do not care to help.
Out of business? I've been happy with Access Medical, but they've run into financial problems and can no longer buy parts from their suppliers. They lied for months saying that Permobil was backordered, then admitted the problem when I needed parts for another chair. They say they are on credit hold with their vendors so you should not put a deposit on a chair. If they go bankrupt before delivery you will lose your money.
