Worst transportation ever,always late or canceling your ride without notice. They call me a liar because, they made a mistake on their end. We're disabled we need the transportation and you guys DO NOT CARE PERIOD
My mom is transported and I go with her. We both really feel safe and I appreciate that very much. The drivers do great job in making sure my mom is buckled up real good she has a jazzy chair. I appreciate us both getting transported safely and enjoy talking to the drivers. Thank you so much.
Worst customer service experiences ever! Lowest quality transportation service company ever witnessed; completely getto people who constantly hang up on their customers and act aggressively towards them which makes it hard to schedule appointments. System issues and lack of patience with customers repeatedly getting disconnected and negative attitudes. Need keep clean and smell was horrible. Vehicle got be clean and refresh everyday. Same for riders feel happy
I have used this service several times now. I have Caresource (Medicaid), and my pick-up arrangements are made by a care manager. I am always called by Access the day before my appt with my pick-up time. I'll post another review with further details.....
