The ignorance of the tellers and member service representatives at Access is truly unbelievable. I would absolutely never recommend this credit union to anyone.
This has got to be the absolute worst “credit union” in the world. Sonja has absolutely NO customer service, and every time I go in she acts like she’s the queen of the world, when in all reality she’s just there to make your life a living hell, and treat you like you’re a piece of garbage. Would not recommend this location or company to my worst enemy.
Before anyone considers banking with this bank I just want you to know I had an account with this bank 5 years ago, to this day I am still in a financial mess because I rented a car who took the payment out of my account accidentally twice, I hurried up and called the bank and explained this to them and froze my account so it could work itself out.. they sent my info to a debt collector and the rental company put the money back in to my account.. to this day Debbie and Sally has done NOTHING to help the situation, they actua... read more
