I would not recommend this service. My elderly father was left sitting alone in a van for approximately 30 minutes while the driver made personal phone calls. This was concerning, unprofessional, and showed a lack of care for a vulnerable passenger. Reliable and attentive service is especially important when transporting elderly individuals, and our experience did not meet those expectations. Called and requested a refund owner declined said he would reprimand driver apparently.
Keith was great. He transported my 94 year old mom and was very kind and patient. I will use this service again as long as we can have Keith.
