I am very satisfied with how I have been treated at my local branch however the only way I can contact them without delay is show up at their building. Why you ask. Well it seems I am not allowed to call the branch direct. You have to go through a 1800 number. Then and only then after a battery of questions I may be transferred. I have had nothing but problems since the death of my mother. She had an account there and we are still waiting for her shares to be put into her estate account . May 2026 will be 1 year since she passed. When we try to find out what's happening with the shares - we are given different information from different locations. We were told that it should only take a few months for the shares to be deposited - and when we contact the branch to see where they are - we are told "they're still not deposited". Imagine doing a giant migration impacting every Sunova Credit Union member, messing it up so badly that it's impossible to get help online since the chat system can't handle all the new customers, the local branch is swamped, and THEN doing this all before a weekend where you choose to close on the Saturday and the Monday.... Thanks, a lot Access. No consideration, no forethought, and no planning. Almost as bad as your quasi-2-factor security.
