This credit union doesn’t even deserve 1 star because of the person named Gurmeet malhans. She has 0 customer service skills, rude , disrespectful , Arrogant and doesn’t even know how to talk to her clients. We have mortgage with this credit union and will definitely take our mortgage to other bank . All credit goes to Gurmeet Malhans.

While the people are great access credit union is the worst bank to trust with your money especially if you intended to use it regularly. The app or entire network of cards goes down multiple times a month is very glitchy and doesn’t update how much funds you have left in a timely manner while the app may say you have 500$ you may only actually have 200$ because it does not register your payment till days later or sometimes not even at all

Since Access took over, things have really gone downhill. Sunova always had that small-town, community feel, even as it expanded, which is why I chose a credit union over the big banks in the first place. Now, with Access, I’m paying more for less service. The weekend closures, fewer staff leading to longer wait times, and the new issues cropping up have made it feel like the Sunova experience is truly gone. the bank is full of scum.. they stole $600 from me by making a simple money transfer from a Canadian to an American account
