they keep making transactional mistakes. since they got baught out you can't phone your branch anymore. been banking in that location for 20yrs... they no longer know who i am when i walk in there. now the last credit card payment i made isn't showing up... they're closed already and it's next to impossible to find a time that's convenient to go there thanks to their new "banker's hours" they seem to have reverted back to. i loved it when they were the original small town credit union. they were OK when Sunova baught them. c... read more
