I’ve never seen a more poorly ran access credit union. I live in Oakbank and will travel to Winnipeg to a different access from now on.
On the personal side I give Colleen Lemire 5 stars, I don't bank with Access I bank with Colleen. On the business side for Access I will rank you 1/2 a star. Stop trying to be RBC you are not, you are a Credit Union get back to your routes or continue losing business deals.
I always had the best service when it was Sunova. Unfortunately since the access switch over I've had nothing but issues, from my mortgage having to be completely redone, to being passed between multiple associates to help me all in one week for something very simple. Cant call the branch directly, only to go to a one call center and either wait on hold for literally over an hour each time, or select the call back method which could range from 1-3 hours to get a call back. Too many headaches here
Where to begin? I've been a member for about 12 years. I've had few positive experiences at the branch level (as Sunova) and now as Access credit union, I'm disappointed with lack of customer support and overall lack of assistance. The app is clunky, less options than Sunova had on their app, and sadly I have had to call the the centre too often due to the limitations of the app and screw ups by the humans I've spoke to. Really dislike it since Access took over Sunova. Wish it was the other way around. The staff Oakbank branch are great and are alwasy super helpful and have done alot for us. But boy I really hate the 930 open time. Like I don't have other things to do than wait till 930 for the bank to open. And it closes earlier too...
