The staff are all very helpful and friendly,
I'm following one of my favourite Staff Members to Oakbank ... Upon entry I was so impressed with the pleasant staff allowing me to feel right at home, a gorgeous facility and as always the personal care. I lost two family members at the end of 2025 and having a familiar staff member walking me through some reorganization in this area is eliminating a lot of stress. I grew up with a father in the financial industry. Melissa (Mortgage specialist) has been great to work with. She has returned all of my calls and emails in a timely manner. Always able to answer all of my questions and has helped me more than once on things that weren't even directly her problem/department. Very professional and very helpful.
I have had a great experience with this Branch. Very helpful, and quick to respond. Emilie has done an amazing job helping out, and the tellers are also a pleasure to deal with. Thorough, professional, informative. Keep up the good work!
