Melanie at the bank was terribly rude and had an attitude with me from get go for a simple bank errand, I mentioned I had a bill to exchange and wanted to open an account. She did not offer help to open an account. She was so rude I left. Go anywhere else. Edit to respond to owner : So it’s against policy to open a bank account? She wasn’t pleasant from the get go, and didn’t offer to help me opening an account either when I had mentioned I was interested in switching to credit union.
