Been a client with Carpathia since I was 5 years old. Now its access, I've had a mortgage with them, loans everything paid off. I want to take a new mortgage which will be my third house I am buying they told me I was approved and just needed an appraisal, to let me know they "cant help me with my mortgage now"... I will be closing my account with them and going to another bank, the level of disappointment from being told its all good to not. Specially being a member for the last 29 years to mean nothing at all.
