I have had nothing but problems since the death of my mother. She had an account there and we are still waiting for her shares to be put into her estate account . May 2026 will be 1 year since she passed. When we try to find out what's happening with the shares - we are given different information from different locations. We were told that it should only take a few months for the shares to be deposited - and when we contact the branch to see where they are - we are told "they're still not deposited".
