Personally, Access credit union help me more than any other Credit Union has an over 10 years. I made a switch from another Credit Union that I was a member of over 10 years they could not help me but access was able to help me immediately and help me get back on my feet.
Former Casera customer. Welcome to Access. Former Gold account covered all my Senior banking needs. The same account now generates a monthly fee of almost $40.00 post merger!! Only solution is to now pay minimum $120.00 per year for the same privilege. As a senior on a fixed budget I see this as a cash grab from those who can afford it least. All staff are pleasant and friendly. They do there best to keep the lines moving which is appreciated. Thank you for your good work.
We have had constant problems with Brianne at this branch. I would go to any other branch other than this one. Horrible customer service. We will be closing our account there.
