I am very satisfied with how I have been treated at my local branch however the only way I can contact them without delay is show up at their building. Why you ask. Well it seems I am not allowed to call the branch direct. You have to go through a 1800 number. Then and only then after a battery of questions I may be transferred. I really appreciate personal service and being able to visualize the person I am speaking with. Thus I am very disappointed and dissatisfied.
