Loved a hold on my bank draft , spoke to the manager and supervisor , this place is in trouble. They are not releasing funds . I am closing my account . After a decade, this is unbelievable. And as a result 5 days after the bank draft was deposited , they returned cheques .
Unfortunately I had to close my account because the online system was down for 5 days. I was travelling 8 hours from the north, on the road, and unable to transfer money. I spent 30 minutes at the Access in Ashern but the lady was unable to help, she said they were having issues with the App update. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do! It was a technical problem. CAA refused to help so a very nice stranger ended up having to help me with gas in order to get back to Headingley which I am SO... read more
