Unfortunately I had to close my account because the online system was down for 5 days. I was travelling 8 hours from the north, on the road, and unable to transfer money. I spent 30 minutes at the Access in Ashern but the lady was unable to help, she said they were having issues with the App update. I called customer service and they said there was nothing they could do! It was a technical problem. Exceptionally polite and caring service!
Lost all my account info prior to the merger. All withdrawals, payments etc.. all gone so I can't see it I paid for something or not...
Went to take care of a hold that was placed on my account in the merger after being advised by chat and the 1-800# that a supervisor will call me. No call 24 hours later so I went into the Headingley location to advise them I had to come in as they could not help over the phone or chat. The teller advised that she removed the hold. I checked my balance when I returned home, and my funds were still held.... I had to follow up a 5th time to get it straight. Zero accountability with Access Credit Union.
