Nicolas has helped us with a wire transfer when we are in Mexico and guided us through to restore our online banking. Tellers are slow, as is the support system. You can't call the branch anymore as everything is centralized. In trying to close my account, I was told I'd receive a call in 1 week. A month later I am still waiting and being charged for an empty account somehow... Completely unimpressed. I was with crosstown for over a decade but couldn't live with the access switch over, not worth the hassle.
