I had a cheque stopped and went into the Portage Branch to speak with someone in person. I was fortunate to meet with Eric, who took my concerns very seriously and did his best to assist me. Although he was unable to resolve the situation due to the circumstances, his dedication and willingness to find the right solution reaffirmed my decision to open an account with Access. Thank you, Eric, for all your help.
The mortgage department, or at least the rep we dealt with is terribly non responsive. Days returning emails and voicemails, and some never responded to. A different credit union was much more helpful
I enjoy coming here. The staff are very respectful, no matter the race or looks. I've had some awful past experiences, but since coming here I'm able to get things done and leave. 10/10.
Hi I just need to let you know that you have a gem of an employee in Nicolas Pausing. Nicolas has helped us with a wire transfer when we are in Mexico and guided us through to restore our online banking.
