Since migrating from Sunova, Access is much closer to home and the service is friendly. Although the location is your typical boring bank design which I don’t appreciate. I used to like Sunova for its open concept, lounge area, dog, and popcorn. just not feeling like a life-sucking environment.

Pretty sure the teller shorted me $100 on my cash deposit. Before going today I counted out $600 in 20s at home. When I arrived at the branch, the teller disappeared 2x to what I assume was to a money counting machine instead of counting it in front of me. Then claimed it was only $500. They told me they would call back after they do the daily total at end of day to see if there was a difference and said the supervisor would also look at the cameras.
