I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at this branch was frustrating enough to warrant one. I visited the branch and the service was shockingly slow and unprofessional. When I finally spoke with a staff member, they seemed rushed, uninterested, and borderline rude. Instead of helping to resolve my issue, I was met with vague answers and told to "come back another day" or "call customer service," which defeated the purpose of coming in person. Worst customer service ever at this branch (portage avenue)
Access credit union is located on Portage Avenue and Clifton Street in the West End/Wolsely neighborhood of Winnipeg. The staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They offer personal banking as well as home, auto, and commercial loans. There is an ATM as well as an adjacent parking lot with free parking. It’s a short five minute drive to Polo Park as well.
