Well, things are back to normal. Usual slow service, last time visiting this branch.
Tellers are rude, not engaging. Example; I went there to switch and account. Apparently, it takes 2 minutes to do. The teller said nothing about it being finished. She literally just let me stand there for more than 5 minutes for nothing. Didn't communicate that the new account was done. Not very good service at all.
Very pleasant experience with this branch and kudos to the Deposit Service Rep Kiranjeet. She is very professional and always responds on time.
Went to do a deposit off hours. The Vestibule is no longer open as I tried my access card and it did not work. Went over to the drive through. After all the work was done to deposit my cheques, the machine spit them both out and cancelled my transaction. This is very bad service at this location and I will be moving my business elsewhere.
