Poorest experience with harwinder mann. A month ago i booked an appointment for mortgage application. Did the discussion with her. She told me we can only proceed if you give us a month of time to process the mortgage application. I understand that mortgage approvals take time. But 1 month i have never seen this much long processing time anywhere. If everything goes well the banks head office give approval within couple business days. POWER HUNGRY ... Beyond Inconsiderate... They constantly are just trying to piss you off asking pointless questions..degrading you like your dirt ... Making everything a lot harder than it needs to be.. They dont not have any care i world for what you want or ask!!! been trying to refinance for 4 months an they are still asking questions that have already been provided.. the manager there is 100% wanting to make your life a nightmare ... Went an sat down at another back an it was done in 2 weeks...
Terrible service, was supposed to cancel my account and also lied about a bunch of things and a year later find out my account wasn't canceled! Luckily beausejour branch is great to deal with highly recommend not dealing with this branch! They'll do anything and say anything to keep your account active to charge you money!
