Terrible service, was supposed to cancel my account and also lied about a bunch of things and a year later find out my account wasn't canceled! Luckily beausejour branch is great to deal with highly recommend not dealing with this branch! They'll do anything and say anything to keep your account active to charge you money!

Banked here my whole life, always found the staff helpful. Kind of hard to turn into it going west on regent but that’s not their fault.
Up until today I would agree with most reviews that say this branch has terrible service. I’m convinced the staff don’t like their jobs because it’s rare to get a smile and their body language is less than enthusiastic. I rarely need to go into the branch but when I have to I dread the experience. However, today I went in and was dealt with by a young man name Jamoor (apologies if name spelled incorrectly).
