takes multiple calls and days to get ahold of someone that can make changes to your existing mortgage. will probably switch banks when it is renewed. other than that haven't had problems
Great customer service
Avoid like the plague! I was just told i would need to pay a $30/hr fee for setting up my account because their "digital upgrade" does not recognize my birthday.
hours of operation are totally inconvenient, Not open after 5, most days closed at 4:30, closed Saturdays. They don't even offer a phone number on there website to contact them.. Absolutely a useless banking institution.
