The upcoming 'Product & Service Fee Changes', despite your lengthy explanation email to all members, are tantamount to corrupt greed. Credit Unions used to pride themselves on being for the 'little guy', that's why we joined. Sadly, you're nothing more than B A N K S T E R S.
Prior to Access Credit Union taking over, I was very happy with this establishment. I just received an email “explaining “ the new (and excessively high) charges for savings and chequing acts. I was not informed before these charges took effect, and I was also not informed that my disabled son could be exempt from these charges which now explains the high service charge on his acct last month. Seems ridiculous to me that going into the Credit Union to deposit or withdraw will now cost me approx $1.50 per transaction??? Are t... read more
