This is a racist location in broadview I went to open an account first they had me sitting there just waiting while everyone is in back doing nothing. Then I finally sit with someone she's not giving me any information about the credit union and wat they do. I emailed a copy of my loan details for my morgage provider they dont accept that. If you need to visit, 1PM on a Wednesday is apparently a good time to do so. I was the only customer in the place when I walked in today. They had a bit of confusion about processing a transaction with a shared bank, but nothing they couldn't sort out in short order. While they were doing this, I asked if I could have one of the cute little plastic piggy banks they had on display around the joint. They said no, those are for the kids who open first accounts here. They WOULD NOT GIVE ME A PIGGY BANK! Wah!
I have been a member for over 10 years. Unfortunately, I’m only allowed 5 stars, when 10 stars DEFINITELY represent the level of customer service/satisfaction!! Lupe provides professionalism along with product knowledge and management, all with a sunny disposition.
