Morgan resolved a credit card payment I was having. I had made 3 prior calls and wasn’t given the service she provided. She gave me options, walked me through them, and stayed on the phone until everything was done. Very patient, knowledgeable and polite young lady.
I give Jessica 5 stars with pleasure!!!! Today she was the quintessential member experience specialist in taking care of my issue. She made a stressful matter painless. Having had my debit card compromised, I was expecting this to be a challenging time and experience, however, from start to finish, Jessica made the experience enjoyable.
