My company was considering financing some equipment from Access Capital. They asked for \$1,100.00 up front to process the paperwork. when the final paperwork came the terms were not what we were expecting and we did not complete the transaction. They refused all contact for several months. Finally we reach quentin Berry who said that the 1,100.00 was not refunable. We could find nothing in the paperwork that supported this and ask for any such dicumentation. They could not produce any written support for their position desp... read more
